A question for your next leadership discussion

What does your team understand about online boundaries?

If a staff member manages a school-sanctioned social media account, where does their educational purpose end, and personal browsing begin?

The October teacher conduct case provides a concrete starting point for considering policy awareness, staff responsibilities and professional boundaries. The full article explains the circumstances and outcome, rather than reducing the case to a headline.
