How Extended Access Works

Extended Access provides coordinated personal access for approved users through one organization-managed arrangement.

  • Approved users: Access is limited to individuals covered by the arrangement.
  • Personal portal logins: Each approved user receives individual access credentials.
  • Centralized administration: User access is coordinated with one designated organizational contact.
  • Defined internal use: Permissions are established for the approved school, district, team or organization.
  • Agreement-based access: Scope, users and conditions are confirmed through an Extended Access Agreement.

  • School-Wide Primary Access β€” $429 annually One designated principal and approved staff members within one designated school.
  • District-Wide Principal Access β€” $2,500 annually* One designated district administrator and approved school principals across the district.
