Yes. An individual membership provides one subscriber with a personal account and portal login. Login credentials may not be shared with other users.

Group, extended, and institutional options are available when access is required for more than one person.

An individual member may occasionally share an individual article internally for information, instruction, or professional development.

An individual membership does not permit routine distribution, sharing complete publications, uploading content to a shared drive or intranet, or providing ongoing access to multiple users. Please use our Contact Us form if broader internal sharing rights are required.

Extended membership and copyright arrangements provide access beyond a single subscriber. Depending on the needs of the organization, an arrangement may include individual portal access for additional approved users, permission to share publications internally with a defined group, or a combination of both.

For example, coverage may be arranged for staff within a designated school, principals across a school district, members of a faculty, or an approved organizational team. The number of portal users and the scope of internal sharing permissions are established as part of the membership arrangement.

Yes. Annual memberships renew automatically using the payment method on file unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Renewal details are provided during checkout and are also governed by Pendulum Law’s Terms of Use.
