Our People
Co-Owner | Legal Research, Writing and Editorial Direction
Anna is a Calgary-based lawyer, ethicist, researcher, writer and editor. She serves as a research associate and preceptor at the University of Calgary.
Before co-founding Pendulum Law, Anna was a regular contributor to the Post-Secondary Law Reporter, formerly published by Education Law InfoSource Ltd. Her work involved surveying Canadian jurisprudence and identifying and documenting emerging trends in university law.
At Pendulum Law, Anna is responsible for legal research, writing and editorial development, helping ensure that complex Canadian education law decisions are examined carefully and communicated with clarity and practical relevance.
Outside her professional work, Anna is the mother of three high-performance student-athletes and President of Killarney Swim Club, a community-based competitive swimming organization serving young athletes.

Donna is an entrepreneur with more than 28 years of experience supporting Calgary businesses through technology, administration, customer service and digital operations. Before launching her consulting business, she spent 15 years working in information technology at Chevron Canada.
Donna established her home-based consulting practice while raising her family. Her first client was Education Law InfoSource Ltd., where she began as an administrator and developed extensive experience in website management, publication layout, customer service and technology support.
At Pendulum Law, Donna oversees business operations, publication production, website administration, member support and the technology systems that make Pendulum Lawā€™s resources accessible to education professionals across Canada.
Donna is proud to co-own Pendulum Law with Anna and to help carry forward their shared commitment to preventive education law awareness.
